We deliver to France, Europe and internationally . And good news: delivery costs are free on all orders!
To choose the right size, we recommend that you consult our size guide available on each product page. Measure your height, chest and waist circumference, then compare them with our size chart to find the fit that suits you best.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. On average, expect between 7 and 10 working days. Express delivery options are also available for urgent orders. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package in real time.
Our products are made to order, which means they are created especially for you. For any changes or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, with some exceptions (see below).
To be eligible for return, items must:

✔ Be unaltered
✔ Have all tags attached
✔ Be in their original packaging
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your item has a defect, send us photos to contact@simkye.com or via the contact form. We will examine your request and offer you a suitable solution ( exchange or refund ).
